Many times when the horses are running, the sand will spring up and those that are clean "freaks" you may want to sit one row up/and/or behind the front row due to the fact that you eat and watch the show at the same time. Due to the fact that the arena where the show is has sand on the floor. It is my suggestion that you do not sit in the front row tables. So feel free to lose all your manners while eating because no one can really see you and everyones eyes are on the show. When the food came I was so into the show I forgot all about using the utensils and was able to eat like a "cave woman" because the lighting is more on the show not on you. I heard that you eat with your fingers so I brought my own fork and knife. The chicken though is very juicy so I didn't mind it without any sauce on it. You may want to bring your own hotsauce though (smile) as there are no condiments served like ketchup or sauce for chicken. But from the moment that we saw our waiter we never sensed such genuiness and sincerity with us. And we were prepared to receive dull service here as well. Due to this we always decide that no matter how bad our service is we will STILL tip. And mind you, I must add this point, we are black and due to stereotypes that black people do not tip, at times we do not get full customer service when dining out at restaurants. Also, some other employees (I assumed they were managers) came to each of us and asked us if everything was ok an were we enjoying ourselves. He made us feel very comfortable and worthy to be a guest of this establishment. We got seated very swiftly and our waiter/attentdant (his name was Brandon, he's been with company for 3 years) was the best waiter we have ever had in our lives. Parking is horrendous! The moment though that we stepped into the area for the Medieval Times we were treated like royalty. We got so confused on trying to find the place. This castle is inside "Discover Mills" Mall. Don't be fooled by the directions thougn. Finally!!!! Absolutely the best attraction I have ever encountered here in Atlanta. So I live in Atlanta and decided to come to the Medieval Times in Atlanta.
